Recruitment services and client agreements
Any recruitment services we provide to a dental practice are governed by a separate written agreement between Archline and that practice. That agreement sets out the scope of the search, the placement fee, payment terms, and any other commercial terms. No engagement begins until it has been agreed in writing.
If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls for the services it covers.
We do not charge candidates any fee for our services.
No guarantee of employment or placement
Recruitment depends on decisions that belong to other people. Accordingly, we do not guarantee:
- that we will find a suitable candidate for any position, or within any time frame;
- that any candidate will receive an interview or an offer, or accept one;
- that any placement will continue for any particular length of time.
Practices make their own hiring decisions and remain solely responsible for them, including verifying licensure and credentials, conducting any background checks, confirming eligibility to work, and complying with employment laws. Candidates are free to decline any opportunity. Archline is not the employer of candidates it introduces.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law, and we will not act on hiring requests that do.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including its text, design, layout, and the Archline name and mark, are owned by or licensed to [Legal entity name] and are protected by intellectual property laws. Typefaces used on the Site are licensed from their respective owners under the SIL Open Font License.
You may view and print pages of the Site for your own reference. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or reuse its content or branding without our written permission.
